MANAGEMENT TEAM
Anoop Chebrol
A helicopter pilot with the Indian Air Force for almost three decades, Anoop forayed into the medical consumables industry, by starting TransCath. TransCath is his challenge to the prevailing status quo that only imported medical devices achieve excellence, and indigenous manufacturing cannot compete with China's pricing and scalability.

Anoop's vision is to establish TransCath as a global leader in catheter manufacturing. Persistence, patience and the pursuit of excellence are in his DNA. He believes in open communication and constant learning. He has fostered a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration at the facility and worked to develop an eco-system channelising existing local tech expertise.

Ravi Sharath Reddy
Ravi, an engineering graduate, played a pivotal role in driving the growth and evolution of TransCath. With his extensive experience in supply chain logistics and design development, he serves as the backbone of our organisation.
Ravi's unique combination of skills allows him to effectively leverage his design development background and supply chain expertise. He spearheads continuous innovation, development, and sustainability of our product line by focusing on indigenisation.
He also ensures that we optimise our supply chain processes and enhance the efficiency of our design and manufacturing operations.

Santosh has been instrumental in introducing and promoting innovative concepts in various surgical specialties. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of changing technologies, innovations in the medical device and equipment manufacturing industry. This enables him to provide guidance and expertise in the development of new products in the vascular access catheter segment, and also explore opportunities to expand the existing product line.

He is actively involved in forging strategic OEM alliances with international manufacturers to develop cost-effective import substitutes through convergence of end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Pavan K Benoorkar
Pavan, a distinguished veteran of the Indian Air Force, served with honour and dedication for three decades. As one of the initial members of Team TransCath, he played a pivotal role in forming and leading the nascent team, instilling the core values from his military service.

Recognising the scarcity of skilled workforce, Pavan focused on nurturing a culture of multi-skilling and multi-tasking, ensuring the acquisition of talented individuals capable of excelling in diverse fields.

Drawing upon his extensive military experience, Pavan brought invaluable leadership qualities, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the team. His dedication to cultivating a skilled and adaptable workforce and channelling it towards operational excellence has propelled TransCath's resilience and dynamism.
